Referrals

We’re honoured that you think of Childhood Rising for the children and families in your care.

Referrals from GPs, paediatricians, psychologists, teachers, allied health professionals and support services are always welcomed. We know that referring on is an act of trust, and we take that seriously. We work in genuine partnership with referrers, keeping communication open and collaborative so the whole system around a child is working together.

Who we support

We work with children and families navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, big feelings, and attachment challenges. Our approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in consent, we never push, trick, or persuade a child, and we honour each family’s own pace.

We are able to accept private-fee-paying clients and NDIS self or plan managed indivdiuals.

If you’re unsure whether a referral is the right fit, we’re happy to have a conversation first, just get in touch.

How to refer

Soft referral

The easiest way to refer is to let your client or their family know about us directly. Encourage them to book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call, where we can learn a little about their situation and see how we can help.

You can also download our flyer below to share with the families you support.

Formal referral

If you would like to make a formal referral, with written consent, and communication back to you as the referring professional, please use our referral form below.

What happens next

Once a referral comes through, we will reach out to the family. With the family’s consent, we’re glad to keep you in the loop on progress and collaborate as needed, because we believe lasting change happens when everyone around a child is working together.
